No. Searching the directory, viewing business profiles, comparing tradies and making contact is free for homeowners and always will be. Get free quotes, which matches your job with up to 3 local tradies, is free too. The plans on this page apply to trade businesses only.
Your listing stays live in search, trade and location pages with your trades and service areas, and homeowners can send you quote requests through the form on your profile. You can claim it, keep it accurate, and see how many quote requests it receives. Reviews and ratings are shown on every listing. The Call, Email and Website buttons, the full details on each quote request, review management (the reviews inbox, public replies and private messages to reviewers), the profile extras and the option to remove the Similar businesses section from your profile are part of a paid plan.
Upgraded and Featured. On a paid plan your profile shows Call, Email and Website buttons, and your phone number appears on your row in search results. On the free plan those buttons are not shown: homeowners send a quote request from your profile instead, and it waits in your dashboard, with the customer’s name and contact details shown on a paid plan. Your details stay saved either way, so the buttons appear as soon as you upgrade.
Yes. There is no lock-in contract. Cancel whenever you like and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then your listing simply returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your profile, reviews and quote request history stay exactly where they are.
The Verified business badge confirms the listing is managed by the business itself. It appears once you are on a paid plan and your claim on the listing has been verified. The Featured business badge is part of the Featured plan and comes with top-of-trade placement and homepage rotation eligibility.
No. Every trade business is welcome on the directory. Where your work needs a licence in your state, add your licence number to your profile so homeowners can check it before they hire you.
Find your business on our claim page and confirm it's yours. If your email address matches your business's website domain the claim is verified instantly; otherwise we send a 6-digit code to the email on your listing, and if that doesn't reach you our team reviews it. Claiming is free on every plan. You do not have to claim before upgrading: choose a paid plan, enter your business name, ABN or website at checkout, and we match it to your listing and email you a sign-in link.
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST. Annual plans are billed once up front and work out at two months free compared with paying monthly.
